Completely Captivated Art by Charlotte Mello Stevenson

Watching shadows of palm leaves dance on my wall each afternoon inspired me to try to capture them with paint. As I began to paint the palm leaves on canvas, the sunlight shone through my hedges and revealed this breathtaking imagery directly upon my canvas instead.
I was quite captivated by this moment and excited to combine my passion for photography and my love for painting to create this moody & emotive art piece. I hope you find the beautiful play of light filtering through the leaves captivating as well.
