The inspiration for this piece was the warm air and pink sunsets I saw at the beginning of the fall season. In California at this time, the days are still warm, but the leaves have turned to gold, coral, and pink colors. It’s a quiet time before the excitement the holidays bring. It’s a time to take long walks in nature.
