No One Else Art by Jess Franks

For this painting, I experimented with oil paints, achieving an almost sculptural quality with chunky and bold brushstrokes. They lend a sense of both structure and energy to this wild landscape at the edge of the world. Walking out here, on an island off of an island, human noise is absent and you are able to hear everything else.
