“Reeves Rain” is part of my larger series of “Rain” paintings that reflect the emotion and feeling around falling rain in some of my most loved places. Reeves Drive was the first street I lived on when I moved to Los Angeles for my fiance. And when I say “for” I mean it! He dragged me kicking and screaming from NY. But now, my love of LA (and him) runs deep.
Fun fact: this painting looks just as pretty turned on it’s side and hung horizontally!
